What doctors ask us.
Does it work with my Olympus, Pentax or Fujifilm tower?
Yes, with any processor that has a video output, through a standard USB capture card. Proven on the Olympus CV-190.
What if the power goes out mid-procedure?
Every image is already on disk. On restart, you resume from the recovery screen.
Where are my studies stored?
On your Mac and your clinic’s NAS. Never on our servers, except a temporary 7-day share you choose to create.
Do I need internet?
No. Only for optional sharing and PrepSync sync.
What about NOM-024?
Physician-controlled finalization, dated addenda, audit logging, and a 10-year archive in your clinic.
Can I use my own report formats?
Yes. Duplicate and edit any template and add your practice letterhead.
Is it a subscription?
No. It’s a perpetual license: the software is yours. Updates, support and links renew annually. If you don’t renew, EndoMac keeps capturing and reporting.
